5 reasons to keep a journal,
I love to open my journal take out my nicest pen and take a few minutes at the end of every day to write down my thoughts. I’ve always kept a diary since I was at school going through all my teenage angst 😂 and got used to just writing letters to myself. I take things out of my brain and ‘store it on paper’ to clear the noise that is getting in the way of getting on with my day.
