5 Reasons to keep a journal
I love to open my journal take out my nicest pen and take a few minutes at the end of every day to write down my thoughts. I’ve always kept a diary since I was at school going through all my teenage angst 😂 and got used to just writing letters to myself. I take things out of my brain and ‘store it on paper’ to clear the noise that is getting in the way of getting on with my day. I’m always kind to myself and my journal just reminds me that whatever is going on in my head is temporary and tomorrow is another day! #journal #notebooks #stationerygifts #gratitude journal #manifesting #gratitude #refillablenotebooks
